  • Usage Data: Login timestamps, activity logs, and module-level usage details.
  • Device & Notification Data: Device identifiers and FCM tokens for operational alerts.
  • Financial Data: Expense entries, advances, settlements, and related accounting records.
  • Location Data (Foreground and Background): We collect precise and approximate location data, including background location, when a driver is on duty. Background location is used to record periodic duty pings, validate geofence-based check-in/check-out, verify trip and attendance timelines, and support time-based salary components (including DA/overtime/extra charges). Location collection is limited to operational and compliance purposes and is not sold to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To manage trips, duty workflows, and driver documentation.
  • To validate check-in/check-out, geofence compliance, and work-hour records.
  • To compute payroll-related components such as DA/overtime/time-based adjustments.
  • To send operational notifications such as expiry alerts, settlements, and trip updates.
  • To maintain audit trails, improve security, and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell or rent personal data. Access is role-based and restricted to authorized personnel. Data is stored using secure infrastructure and protected through technical and administrative controls.

Limited metadata may be processed by service providers such as Google Firebase (notifications), Hostinger mail infrastructure, and approved integrations required for operational workflows.

4. Push Notifications

We may send notifications for trip events, settlement workflow, document expiry, attendance actions, and other operational alerts. You can manage notification preferences from device settings.

Data is retained for business operations, payroll verification, compliance, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, for the period required by policy or law.
